At BYVAI, we take quality seriously. Every product is checked before dispatch. However, if you face an issue, please read our policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges (7 Days)

We offer returns or size exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if the issue is from our side.

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged upon arrival
You received a wrong size
You received an incorrect product

Mandatory Proof (Very Important)

To process any return or exchange request, customers must provide proof.

Please ensure:
A clear unboxing video is recorded before opening the package
The video must show:
The sealed package
Opening of the package
The product clearly (damage / size issue)
 Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
The product is damaged after use
Damage is caused by the customer
The product has been washed, worn, altered, or misused
The unboxing video is missing or unclear


Size Exchange

Size exchanges are allowed only if the size issue is due to our error
Exchange is subject to stock availability
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered (at our discretion)


Refunds

No refunds are available

BYVAI only offers exchanges or store credit, where applicable

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
