At BYVAI, we take quality seriously. Every product is checked before dispatch. However, if you face an issue, please read our policy carefully.
Returns & Exchanges (7 Days)
We offer returns or size exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if the issue is from our side.
You are eligible for a return or exchange if:
• The product is damaged upon arrival
• You received a wrong size
• You received an incorrect product
Mandatory Proof (Very Important)
To process any return or exchange request, customers must provide proof.
Please ensure:
• A clear unboxing video is recorded before opening the package
• The video must show:
• The sealed package
• Opening of the package
• The product clearly (damage / size issue)
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
• The product is damaged after use
• Damage is caused by the customer
• The product has been washed, worn, altered, or misused
• The unboxing video is missing or unclear
Size Exchange
• Size exchanges are allowed only if the size issue is due to our error
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered (at our discretion)
Refunds
• No refunds are available
• BYVAI only offers exchanges or store credit, where applicable
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

If you receive a damaged product or face an issue due to our mistake:

• Unboxing video
• Clear images of the issue
• Brief explanation
Our team will review and respond within 48–72 hours.
Final Decision
BYVAI reserves the right to:
• Approve or reject return/exchange requests
• Request additional proof if needed
